Dumbbell Bent Over Rows


Roland kindly demonstrates the bent over row with dumbbells.

Points to note include:

  • A comfortable lying position on the bench
  • The movement is controlled and rhythmic
  • Breath in on the lowering, and out on the lift
  • Stretch the arms out as he lowers
  • Hands come close to the hips as he lifts
